CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs regulations in the destination country. Any import charges that are not included in the amount paid at checkout remain the responsibility of the customer. If a parcel is refused and returned to us, any delivery costs incurred may be deducted from any refund that may be due.

EU CUSTOMERS

From 1 July 2026, EU VAT and any applicable customs duties are included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. You should not be asked to pay any additional VAT or customs charges when your order is delivered.

US CUSTOMERS

Vinyl records, CDs and books are exempt from current US tariff measures, so you should not be charged any additional tariffs when your order is delivered.

Please note that T-shirts, mugs and certain other merchandise are shipped locally by our fulfilment partners worldwide, so they are not subject to import tariffs or customs charges.
