CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK

Your courier or postal service may need you to pay customs tariffs, import duties, local taxes or handling charges when your order is delivered to you. These vary by country and are beyond our control. Any extra charges from your courier or postal service will be your responsibility. If you choose not to pay and the parcel is returned to us, delivery costs (both ways) may be deducted from any refund that might be due to you.

EU CUSTOMERS 

We are registered with the EU’s IOSS scheme, so VAT is included on all orders that are below 150 Euros in value. For orders above 150 Euros, your courier or postal service may need you to pay additional VAT when it is delivered to you. It will be your responsibility to pay this.

US CUSTOMERS

Due to the introduction of US customs tariffs in April 2025, your courier or postal service may need you to pay an additional amount when your order is delivered to you. It will be your responsibility to pay this.
