‘The Violent Economy’ / ‘Full Moon’ on white vinyl
We've got the admirably outspoken Sleaford Mods on the cover of this month's Electronic Sound, while our other main interviews include Clock DVA, Ben Frost, Polypores, Field Lines Cartographer, Alexander Tucker and Andy Votel.
To accompany the magazine, we also have an exclusive white vinyl seven-inch featuring a previously unreleased Sleaford Mods track. With its nagging bass synth backdrop, 'The Violent Economy' has Jason Williamson railing against “tossers who think they’re cool” and our dog-eat-dog society, a place with “nowhere to run and nowhere to hide”. Flip the disc over for 'Full Moon', a low-key but decidedly wonky instrumental electronic cut by Sleaford Mods' music man Andrew Fearn under the name Extnddntwrk.
As with all of our music releases, this seven-inch is strictly limited and it's only available to readers of Electronic Sound, so make sure you get your copy right away.
